What's the Format?
We will have exclusive use of Chuckwalla Valley Raceway on April 8 and 9 - no run groups or sessions, we can run as we please. Clockwise and counter-clockwise (but of course not at the same time!). The track will provide corner workers and emergency personnel, which, along with the required liability insurance, will be included in the price.
The final cost is $1,500 per car for two days - feel free to bring non-driving guests with you at no additional charge. Driving guests are welcome at $500 per additional person. Steaks and beer on Wednesday night will be included in the cost, but you should bring all other food required for the weekend- the track is a little remote, so plan to spend the entire time there. Theril Lund has graciously offered to provide us all with bottled water for the weekend, so no need to bring that. We…

Initial deposit
Initial non-refundable deposit of $750 to be paid by February 3, 2020. The final balance, which will depend on the final number of participants, will be payable by March 8, 2020. All payments are non-refundable as we have to make non-refundable payments to the facility
