Chuckwalla Valley Raceway Private Getaway

We will have exclusive use of Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for two days - no run groups or sessions, we can run as we please. Clockwise and counter-clockwise (but of course not at the same time!). The track will provide corner workers and emergency personnel, which, along with the required liability insurance, will be included in the price.

The final cost should still be around $1,500 per car for two days - feel free to bring non-driving guests with you at no additional charge. Driving guests (i.e. sharing a car with you) are welcome at $500 per additional person. Steaks and beer on the first night will be included in the cost, but you should bring all other food required for the stay - the track is a little remote, so plan to spend the entire time there. We have confirmation that fuel and tire changing facilities are available at the track.

One-bedroom cabins are available at the track for $180 per night.  Rent directly here. If you want to bring a pet, they have five pet-friendly cabins for $25 per night extra (there is also an enclosed dog park next to the paddock). All the details are on their website. The cabins have fridges so you can store food/water/extra beer there during your stay (checkout is at 9 a.m. on the second day). 

Track Rekord will be there to provide all the coaching you need and to take pictures/video to memorialize the weekend. The coaching is included in the two-day cost so make the most of it - video and data analysis is included.

There will be a brief driver meeting at 8:30 a.m. on the first day. The meeting will cover safety details for the two days, including passing protocols (if you are faster, pass safely anywhere).

All payments are nonrefundable, as our expenses are fixed, payable in advance, and are evenly shared by everyone.  The final balance payment will be due shortly before the date of the event.
