What's the Format?
We will have exclusive use of Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for two days - no run groups or sessions, we can run as we please. Clockwise on day and counter-clockwise the other. The track will provide corner workers and emergency personnel, which, along with the required liability insurance, will be included in the price.
The total cost will be $2,100 per car for two days, or $1,300 for a single day (reach out to Steve at 203-326-0188 or steve@trackrekord.com if you only wish to register for one day) - feel free to bring non-driving guests with you with only a nominal charge for food and refreshments. Driving guests (i.e. sharing a car with you) are welcome at $800 per additional person. This will be a catered event - breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided both days, along with dinner on the night of the 15th. Fuel and tire changing facilities…

If you are bringing someone with you as a guest who will be driving your car (i.e. you are sharing the time on track) there is a charge of $800 for two days.

If you are bringing someone with you as a guest who will NOT be driving your car there is a charge of $200 for two days to cover food and refreshment costs. Guests are free to ride with you as long as they have the required safety equipment.

Initial deposit of $1,000 to be paid upon registration. The final balance will be payable shortly before the event. If you want to pay cash or pay the estimated full amount of $2,100 now, please reach out to Steve directly at Steve@trackrekord.com or 203-326-0188. Deposits are non-refundable once we have made a commitment to rent the track. Deposit is refundable (less credit card fees) until we have a sufficient number of confirmed drivers to reserve the track.
