Chuckwalla 2023: Exclusive Track Event

Once again, we will have exclusive use of Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for two days - no run groups or sessions, we can run as we please. Clockwise on the first day and counter-clockwise the other. The track will provide corner workers and emergency personnel, which, along with the required liability insurance, will be included in the price.

The total cost will be $2,200 per car for two days, or $1,400 for a single day (reach out to Steve at 203-326-0188 or steve@trackrekord.com if you only wish to register for one day) - feel free to bring non-driving guests with you with only a nominal charge for food and refreshments. Driving guests (i.e. sharing a car with you) are welcome at $850 per additional person for both days. This will be a catered event - breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided both days, along with dinner on the night of the 23rd. Fuel and tire changing facilities are available at the track. 

One-bedroom cabins are available at the track for $200 per night.  Rent directly here. If you want to bring a pet, they have five pet-friendly cabins for $25 per night extra (there is also an enclosed dog park next to the paddock). All the details are on their website. They have confirmed that cabins are available for us.

Track Rekord will be there to provide all the coaching you need and to take pictures/video to memorialize the weekend. The coaching is included in the two-day cost so make the most of it - video and data analysis is included. If you want to have a dedicated coach for a day, we can make that happen, for an additional fee - just let us know.

There is a 5,300' runway adjacent to the track, so if you have a plane, or even better, have a friend that has one (!) you can fly in, as several of our guests have done in the past.

There will be a brief drivers' meeting at 8:00 a.m. on the first day. The meeting will cover safety details for the two days, including passing protocols (if you are faster, pass safely anywhere).

Registration is to show your commitment to join us (despite what the ticket says, it is not free!). No payment is required until we know we will have critical mass, at which point a non-refundable deposit will be required.  The final balance payment will be due shortly before the date of the event.
